Hay dryer

I currently put a hay preservative on any hay above 15%
and up to 25% moisture . I find that sometimes the hay does heat a little and it leaves a bit of a smell on it. I was thinking of building a hay dryer. Steele grates with a large fan at one end . I would pile the hay on the grates with telehandler and grapple.,, turn on the fan for a few days. I was still going to use acid, but I was hoping this would give better results?

I was going to pile the hay only 6 bales high , then move it after it has settled . Being I'm only putting the bales 6 high and using acid also, I thought that I wouldn't have to leave the fan on very long.
