Don't see that happening in the Hoosier or up here. Hoosier DOT officers never smile and Michigan MPSC Officers have large, empty ticket books.
Last year I had a friendly MPSC officer pull me over and attempt to do a roadside inspection on my tractor and discmower. I sat 'attempt' because he had no clue what he was looking at other than my drivers license and medical card. I'm suprised he didn't ask me for a logbook.
