cannot post on chat ...shout button does not work on my galaxy s3.. It does work on my desktop

Must be me or that phone what am I doing wrong . I can type into the chat box but with this phone when I hit the chat button nothing happens < It has not worked for a couple weeks

Let me see if this is an IPB software issue, if not maybe web guy can fix it...
