Any companies I should avoid? I will tend to buy the seed I want at the lowest cost available, but I do want to avoid places that consistently turn out non-viable seed or just have terrible customer service. Thanks!

There are laws that cover seed dealers and what they have to do, as for cost you get what you pay for.
