Recently the greaser on the big square baler has seemed to quite working. We have started greasing it by hand to make sure it gets grease. Went thru the setup in the computer today to try and make sure that is all right, but when in test mode the greaser doesn't run. Just thinking tonight maybe the relay is bad? Any other tip tricks or things to look for?

I had a Lincoln greaser on my round baler and just recently removed it. Several problems I had with it were:

A lube line caked up (dried out) over the winter and the bearing was not getting grease. IMO, hay equipment sits idle too long and the grease in a line can dry out and we just don't or can't tell there's a problem.

A grease running through the frame split. Grease was going in but not making through to the bearing.

The pump quit pushing grease out even though it seemed to be cycling.

Overall, I can not reccommend the Lincoln greaser on hay equipment.
