What’s everyone’s thoughts on a 2wd 5075M for a sprayer , rake and tedding tractor ? Oh and with a cab.

Depending on the amount of acreage, it should be fine. I use a 5400 for raking and tedding. I spray with a slide in tank setup for the RTV.

We rake with a 5055D works well for us am sure the 5075 M is way more tractor

Little more info . I cut and bale with a JD 6220. I spray and transport via 2 grapples with a Kubota M5-091. I have been raking and tedding with a JD 2510 and 3010. I’m just looking for a cab to do some of these chores. It would be a 2wd with no loader. I have loaders on the M5 and the 6220.

This was my 7040 with the grapples. Now I use a M5-091.

Excellent for raking and tedding. Can’t imagine any issues with spraying. Spread the rears to the max if you plan to hoof it.

Should be a good choice as with any tractor only possible concerns would be braking depending on terrain and how much your sprayer holds....raking and tedding would be close to ideal

Had not thought about braking however my only field is flat. My sprayer does have a 525 gallon tank but that just would not be an issue. Thanks for your input . There is a wealth of knowledge here to be shared !!

I wouldn’t rule out a 5x20 or 5x25 series. We recently purchased a no loader 2wd open station 5525 for mowing, food plotting, etc. Plenty of power and turns on a dime. looking forward to not having to climb in and out of a cab for certain chores.
