JD 467 Belts Getting Caught Issue

After unloading my second to last bale last night, I heard a loud screeching noise when I went to close the gate. An error code flashed but I didn't catch it. I immediately raised the gate back up, thinking something was caught or the bale didn't eject properly (which is unlikely since I have the push bar). I went back and looked and I couldn't see anything. The bale was ejected and wrapped.

I also smelled burning rubber means that my belts got smoked. I saw a spot on all 6 belts in a row where they got burnt after lowering the gate. I had one bale left so I did another one and the same thing happened. This time though the wrap did not wrap the bale. So, I unrolled the bale and rebaled. This time, I turned off the PTO after unloading the bale, then lowered my gate and no issue. The bale wrapped just fine and looked fine.

I can't see anything getting caught on the belts. The error code blinks so fast I cannot see it on my monitor.

Any ideas on what is causing my belts to get stuck when lowering the gate after unloading the bale? It happens pretty much as soon as I start lowering the gate.

I got about 3 days before I got to get this fixed. Is it possible that a stick could cause this and now it is gone? I didn't dare do it a 3rd time which is why I turned off the PTO when lowering the gate. I didn't want to ruin 6 Belts! Could wrap getting caught cause this?

Any help is appreciated!

After ejecting bale watch tension roller at very top front of baler to determine if it starts moving downward as the same time tailgate starts lowering. Tension arm lowering tightens belts before gate is closed. Tension arm hesitating allows belts to get pinched by bottom tailgate roller.

I thought I saw some hesitation on the belts moving but I did see the tension arm lower correctly. I don't think there is anyway the belts got pinched because I hadn't lowered hardly at all. I have seen that but it was when the gate was nearly closed. That doesn't seem to be the case on this situation. I will take a video with some help and maybe that will shed some light on it.
