I must install a new belt on my mower tomorrow and I’m curious how much tension to apply to this new belt.
I couldn’t find any on the internet but it’s entirely possible I’m not sharp enough to dig that info out.

Here’s the answer, 3/4” deflection with 20 pounds force midway between pulleys
