On one hand I can understand, I'd rather have robots milking cows than dealing with help. I much prefer round bales to all the extra help required for small squares. However sooner or later it needs realized the less you employ, the less that can afford your product.
The company I represent for wood boilers still employ humans to do all the welding, robots wouldn't make any mistakes and could run 24/7 if desired, however they also realize a robot isn't going to buy a wood boiler.
