Wow, Middleburg real estate..... clearly she can do as she pleases.

I think maybe I would come at this from the angle of level of competency of her work force. I have seen some well financed hay ventures fail because the dude in the seat(s), while an experienced operator, didn't believe in the vision of management. Example: Guy who makes large squares hired to do smalls or round bale guy making 3x.

So I would hire a manager, find a way to make them accountable so they have some incentive and let them take part in some decision making. Might be motivated to make something happen instead of complaining about wrong tool for job.

I have a sp discbine for more acres than this and it's overkill for me so either approach would work there.

Isn't Loudon county like 3rd wealthiest in the nation?
