Which will give me more cuts each season? I'm renovating a pasture and I do not have much experience with this.....yet. Will use the hay to feed cattle.

If you were to plant fescue MAKE SURE IT IS ENDOPHYTE FREE if it is not it WILL do damage to your animals but if it is endophyte free it will be fine.
