Bought it used 5+ years ago, the last year or 2 the monitor display stopped working so I have just been baling hay using the manual controls and found I could do as good and maybe quicker job. Yesterday had a issue once with the duckbill not returning home to cut the wrap so it just keeps wrapping when the pto is engaged, but after sometime it started going. Today after 40 bales it made gave me trouble, got it going , did a few more trouble returned and repeat. I can hear it trying to work when it is going both directions and it is wired to the battery. Stop bolt seemed to be working. Any other tips? Also is baling in Manual mode fine, I don't mind it?

Got it working after reading Mike10 and loosening the bottom nut on the stop bolt.

When baling in manual mode you run a greater risk of jamming the duckbill. There is nothing wrong using the manual mode, just be aware of the possibility of jamming.

Ok, good to know. I release the one switch when it starts to wrap, wait a couple seconds and hold the other till it stop. Never had trouble till the past couple days.
