Is the BHT-2 that much better than the BHT-1 I have now? I've had the BHT-1 for quite a few years now and have learned it's quirks very well.

Right now I have some wire issues on mine. I think I have some nicks in the coatings. Can't get them wet at all anymore. Thinking about upgrading but i'm wondering if it really is reading "through the bale"

The difference is really just having two sensors calculating the moisture instead of one. So the accuracy is a bit finer detail. If you like the BHT-1 you are currently using and know the quirks, you can get a new a new harness if the wires are giving you a problem. Let me know and I will price one from the factory for you.
