ive got a nh 411 discbine bolts spinning in slipcluch took threw bolt on back of cluch housing out and took shaft off also removed keeper from the front of cluch housing still cant get housing off any one have a copy of manual i could use pictures and details for replacement, adjustments, removal, or what ever good advice i can get! thanks
Not an easy job. The center bolt is the only part holding the clutch on the shaft. Above the front gearbox is a cover that unbolts to give you some access to the clutch. I have a piece of an old pto shaft 1" x 1 1/8" that I drilled two 1/2" holes through. I took two 1/2 bolts and screwed nuts onto the bolts and inserted the bolts into the shaft. I then placed the shaft between the gearbox and the front of the pto clutch and used it as a pusher by tightening the nuts against the shaft.
