2-105 White 1975. Hydraulic oil is going into the gear lube in the PTO case.
Possible causes?

Is one seal's in the PTO?
Is two hydraulic pump to case?
Any other possibilities?

It can go through the seals in the PTO unit, hydraulic pump driveshaft or brakes. Usually it's the PTO seals or the the hydraulic pump. The PTO unit isn't really hard per se but can be time consuming when doing it the first time. Get you a shop repair manual before attempting it. There's some pertinent info in there.
