My first table throws bales up then stays up and bangs and chatters, wont come down unless I manually trip sensor? Also once in a while it will pick bale up on first table then first table will trip and eject bale or put it on second table??

Stuck solenoid? Sometimes they get shavings in the 3 spool valve and hang up. Ross orbit motors are terrible for this. Is the count sensor working? Make sure upper sensor is clean and adjusted properly so the computer knows the table is up. If it doesn't know it's up it won't release solenoid. Voltage is always a problem on 1075s. They used 9v solenoids instead of 12v because they can't get 12v out of the factory harness. Can you check voltage at 3 spool solenoids? Even if it gets signal the solenoid may be weak

1st table going up prematurely is a mis-adjusted or worn out trip arm lock. The curved steel piece with linkage over to the cab side sensor trip. Maybe spring isn't holding or you need to grind notch deeper.

Good luck. 1075s can make you tear your hair out!
