I recently had my Alfalfa sprayed with an Insecticide for aphids  and Warrant herbicide for broadleaf control both mixed together for one application. The mixture burned the Alfalfa leaves. This is the second year on the stand the alfalfa is around 10 inches  tall. My question is will the alfalfa recover and grow out of this ? Anyone else experience this issues ?

Thank, You

Well it shouldn’t of been sprayed that long after cutting. From the label

After either the first or second cutting in the seeding year, but no later than 7 days after the cutting, a sequential application of this product may be made at 1.25 to 2 quarts per acre. Wait a minimum of 20 days between application and cutting for forage or hay, or before open grazing of forage by livestock.

It will prly grow out of it but spraying when you did was off label

Thank you Hay Master !!!!

Yes lesson Learned here I took the crop duster word for it and should have read the label myself won't do that again. The Alfalfa was sprayed March 16th and it appears to be greening back up some. I'm going to have to have it sprayed for Aphids and Weevils again do you recommend any particular insecticide ?
