 Hi guys,

I'm new here. Been on here awhile reading but finally time to post!  So we are looking at buying a used 5060-5070 baler and we are trying to figure out how to transport it a few hundred miles back to Missouri safely. I have a 102 inch wide gooseneck but the specs say the baler is 120 inches wide. I had thought about jacking it up and removing the large wheel and tire on the chamber side and blocking it up chaining it down like that. Anyone done this before?

I've done it a couple of times.  Let me see if I can find my pics/posts relating to it.

Edit:  Found it, here you go:  https://www.haytalk....mber/?p=1005202

Welcome to HayTalk by the way!  Let me know if you have any more questions.

Borrowed that trailer for the 102" deck width.  It is a nice one.  Rough pulling son of a gun though ever since he put the all steel radials on it.

Haha , yeah my gooseneck has 16 ply tires on it. It is kinda rough when empty but pulls great with a load.
