Hi all. Just wondering if anyone could tell me the genuine part numbers for 275 shear bolts, both flywheel and knotter. Also drive chain number. I can find in here 270 and 276, I am sure they would be the same right? I checked out Messicks online but it would kill me in freight at the moment to get it over here. Look to be about 5/16 and 1/4 diameter bolts? Would rather not look like a goose when I go into the dealer to order some spares. Thanks all!

I’m a bit confused. Was there no part number listed when you checked the Messicks website?

The problem is your model number and the US model number may not be the same machine.  A lot of the balers used 39716 for the flywheel and 58118 for the knotter shear bolt.  The 58118 gets replaced by 86578266 and is used at the knotter shaft.  If the knotter shear bolt is located halfway back and not on the knotter shaft then the part number may be 46520.

39716 is 5/16, 46520 is 1/4 and 58118 is @ 3/16

Thanks Mike. I found quite a few that used the 39716 flywheel bolt but was mainly unsure about the knotter shear bolt. It is in the knotter shaft, good to know it is not 1/4 but 3/16. The messick number is 86578266 but it did not look like a genuine number so that’s why I asked. Looks like I am chasing the 58818 shear bolt.
