Do you think these cover crops will get flown on in standing corn and beans.

I’d be willing to bet >90% will be flown on. That’s what we do, some in mid-June and some in mid-August. Lots of winter triticale gets seeded after corn silage too over in Southeastern part of the state.

Unverferth debuted this rig at the NFMS. It impressed us so we traded our Great Plains turbo till with air seeder on it for one of these as we move to “never till” instead of no till.  Turbo till in the fall leaves corn residue free to go everywhere and 2” of loose dirt to wash away and takes a tremendous amount of horsepower.

I wonder how that would work to overseed hay and pasture.
