New Holland 650 Round Baler tie arms. Bought this baler used first bale went well tied and dumped. Once i got ready to dump my second bale the tie arms did not reset,as they remaind in center postion. How to i adjust or reset my tie arms. I did not spend much time that day trouble shooting. Can any please advice,to what i should be looking for. Thanks
