A different hay year

Is any one else's hay coming up short on tonage. A feild that last year put off 100 4x5 rolls turnd out 58. A field that turnd out 80 rolls turnd out 26 this year. Used the same fertlizer and lime as last year just like the test showed gave it just what it called for but it's coming up short.

Rear weight for a Agco Allis 8745
