Here are the briefings from the conference for those interested in the biomass arena. I think you find them enlightening and also somewhat disheartening for the near term...the industry still has a way to evolve and the politics of it all are not helpful.

Actually most representatives on Capitol Hill don’t care about biomass, focusing instead on energy independence in general, according to Bob Cleaves, president and CEO of the Biomass Power Association. But without biomass, the country will not reach its renewable goals.
