    Smile Pick up strength in middle of tyne bars

    Giday, I see on the John Deere 348 small square baler it has 6 angle irons that the pickup tynes are bolted to with no fixtures in the middle of the irons. Do they bend a lot?

    We had JD 348's put lots of hay through them, never a pick up problem.

    We had a 327 for 24 years and i know weve put 200,000 bales threw it and never had pickup problem except for replaceing teeth but we all do that.
