Thread: Hydraulic hose on a Hoelscher

Hydraulic hose on a Hoelscher What is the best way to route hydraulic hose from a Hoelscher accumulator up to the tractor. I have a John Deere offset baler and a JD 5525 cab tractor. I was going to weld some brackets to the baler and secure with U-bolts. Suggestions please, Thanks.

Re: Hydraulic hose on a Hoelscher I run mine under the baler, down the tongue and plug into rear remotes. I tie it to the axle and the tongue with baling twine. Not very scientific or pretty but it keeps the hoses off the ground and away from any moving parts under the baler. If there is a better way I'd like to hear it as well.

Re: Hydraulic hose on a Hoelscher Go to Baileynet.com and order some double weld on hose holders. We use them all the time. A drip of locktite and you wont have to worry about twine holding your hoses.

Re: Hydraulic hose on a Hoelscher Steve,
I run New Holland 570's, I just run the hoses along the same route as the tongue swing hoses
then across the axle and out the back.
